Wm. F. Hammell Nurseries is a family-run business encompassing 1000 acres, located between Philadelphia and Lancaster in Chester County, Pennsylvania. We provide plant material to Landscape Contractors, Garden Centers, Re-wholesalers, Municipalities, Landscape Architects, and more, from Virginia to Maine and west to Michigan.

 

We have been growing high-quality plant material since 1975 which was the main focus of the company's founder William F. Hammell. Following the passing of Bill Hammell in 2001, his family took over the business. Today, Hammell trees continue to be grown in a consistent and precise manner to ensure that they are both healthy and picturesque so that they transition well to clients' job sites and are of the best quality.
